The hospitality and helpfulness of the staff, especially Gigi and Tony, added to the overall positive experience. Despite a few minor drawbacks, we would definitely choose to stay here again if we ever return to Munnar. I highly recommend this hotel for a cost-effective and enjoyable trip.

my second visit to munnar was even better than the first, thanks to the amazing stay at shamrock. the big, clean rooms and stunning view made it a paradise in the midst of tea plantations. the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, with complimentary tours and a cooking class. the food at the restaurant was absolutely divine. highly recommend!
