The hotel had a great location with beautiful views from the balcony. It was conveniently located near all the attractions and the staff were helpful in arranging excursions and transportation.
The internet connection was slow, which seems to be a general issue in Munnar. The hotel should provide more suggestions and maps for activities.

I got great value for my money with a room that had a breathtaking view and a rooftop restaurant serving amazing food. The staff at Shamrock were incredibly kind and made my stay special by surprising me with a birthday cake. They were also very helpful in arranging local activities.
More breakfast choices would have made the morning meal even better.

The highlight of our stay at Shamrock Holidays Home was the panoramic view from our bedroom balcony. We were treated to breathtaking views of the lush tea plantations in the valley. The price was also very satisfactory, making it a great choice for budget travelers like us. The fruit salad we ordered was simply sensational! The hospitality and helpfulness of the staff, especially Gigi and Tony, added to the overall positive experience. Despite a few minor drawbacks, we would definitely choose to stay here again if we ever return to Munnar. I highly recommend this hotel for a cost-effective and enjoyable trip.

The room at Shamrock Holiday Home was absolutely delightful. It had a cozy balcony where I could enjoy a cup of tea while admiring the breathtaking views of Munnar. The flat-screen cable TV kept me entertained, and the tile/marble floor added a touch of elegance. The private bathroom with its free toiletries was a bonus that added to the overall comfort of the room. As a light sleeper, I truly appreciated the serene atmosphere that allowed me to have a peaceful night's sleep.
Personally, I found the cable flat-screen TV to be a bit small, but I understand that others may still find it enjoyable.

The staff was super cool and always had our backs. They even gave us a lift into Munnar, so we didn't have to worry about transportation. The location was sick with breathtaking views all around. We loved chilling in our spacious and clean room, surrounded by the peaceful ambience. Plus, the food for dinner was straight-up delicious!
If there's one thing we'd ask for, it's more party options for us young folks. We wished there were more activities or a happening nightlife scene nearby to keep the party vibes going.
